The
VSB215P is a compact, self powered, 2 x 15"
subwoofer with a superb clean sound, surprising
amount of punch and is very powerful in subsonic
frequencies.
Simple trouble free use is assured as the internal
UK built amplifier means no external processing
and matched amplifier to driver reliability.
The amplifier has a state of the art microprocessor
that constantly
monitors performance and safety preventing overheating
or quality loss even in the most testing conditions.
It is also deigned to have an additional VSB215
(unpowered) slaved to it with no loss of power. The "V" internal structure makes
this box extremely strong and minimises the standing
waves which cause booming in other designs.
Its low weight means it only takes one person
to load it in and out of
trucks and venues. It is also small enough to
be hidden under the
stage in smaller venues.
It is designed for use in clubs and hire situations
where its compact size and weight are key. There
is a "top hat" for sub/pole/mid-high
configurations and interlocking runners to facilitate
secure stacking when used in multiples.
With a usable frequency range from 35Hz up to
200Hz a single VSB215P can produce a maximum continuous
SPL of 130dB.
