The ASYM2 S2 is a 2 way passive full range speaker. The design incorporates a high efficiency 400W 12” low frequency driver and a neodymium 50W 1” horn mounted compression driver.

The dispersion is rotatable and 90 x 60 degrees. This flexibility adds functionality to the box in installation situations where horizontal mounting may be required. Mounting brackets are standard and include top and bottom hanging points, a rear 4 bolt Powerdrive compatible plate and a top hat for pole mounting.

All ASYM series designs incorporate asymmetry in their construction to reduce standing waves enhancing audio quality and bass response. The cabinet itself is hand crafted to exceptional standards using birch ply, routed glued and screwed throughout to ensure both the sonic credibility of the enclosure and its rugged durability for a long life.

Audio quality is first priority to Noise Control Audio and this box is no exception giving a full, clean response across the listening range.

To assist in ease of mounting and installation, the ASYM2S2 uses industry standard POWERDRIVE mounting brackets. A selection of the available wall, ceiling and truss brackets can be seen by clicking the image below. All Powerdrive accessories are available direct from Noise Control Audio.
