Any user of large PA systems in the hire or touring markets understands the need for quality racking and simple cabling solutions.
These combined ensure the long life of your investment and speed in set up and packing down times. Added to this the smart appearance of your equipment and the absence of messy unorganised cabling and your customers confidence is rightly enhanced.

With this in mind NCA produce their own design of racks and in/out connection panels to specific customer requirements.

THE RACK

The rack cases themselves are hand built at our workshops from from the same quality birch ply used in our speakers. They can be engraved with company logos to suit customer requirements. The rack inner's are also custom built and incorporate many features to enhance usability and life span of its contents.

THE I/O PANEL

I/O connection panels are custom built to user specifications allowing addition of specific auxiliary processor output connections, network interfaces, mono/stereo formats extra sub speaker outputs and the like.
Panel stickers are individually printed to reflect the user specifications (see below).

The construction of the panel is designed in house and incorporates a downward tilt to reduce cable stress as well as internal tie points for neat cable runs.

All cables are labeled as to their function and colour coded throughout the input and output stage. Colour coding goes down to the individual wire colours used.

Pliosil and glued heatshrink is extensively used throughout to maintain tidiness and durability.
All xrl and speakon panel connections in and out use neutrix gold contacts to ensure good corrosion free connection for a very long life.

Socapex connectors are utilised in conjunction with NCA 16x4mm speaker cable to minimise cable runs and cable resistance issues.


NCA also supply custom built 32 and 63 amp mains distribution panels for the UK market.
