The SB15 is essentially half a VSB215, it is highly compact and versatile sub bass speaker, ideal for small conference, pub gigs and installation work. Its low weight and well positioned handles make it ideal for "one man" jobs in the hire sector. With good frequency response from 30 to 200Hz it is well suited with a satellite mid high speaker such as the ASYM2S2 or soon to be released CX81 pole mounted above it.

The 1000W AES dual suspension, neodymium 15 inch woofer ensures fast attack times giving tight punchy bass and plenty of sub response.

The driver is angled down on its baffle giving asymmetry internally to reduce "booming" and to utilise the floor ahead of the cabinet as a partial horn, increasing the efficiency of the box.

High build quality is essential in any sub bass cabinet to ensure that the cabinet itself does not vibrate and soak up potential energy that could be delivered as intended out of the front of the box. The SB15 is no exception and is built entirely by hand in our workshop utilising 18mm birch ply and extensively routed glued and screwed throughout.
